Doctoral candidate Fabian Zimmer recently presented his PhD project on Visual History, an online reference book for historical picture research.
This internet portal, organized by the Potsdam Center for Contemporary History, provides up-to-date information on historical image research and aims to sensitize a historically interested public to the specifics of visual evidence as a part of cultural tradition.
